Boneless Grilled Pork Chops with Ranch Seasoning
No grill? No problem. With a simple grill pan, you can whip up perfectly grilled pork chops on the stove! If you’re intimidated by or unsure of how to cook pork chops, this quick and easy recipe is a great place to start.
Simply toss your boneless pork chops in a bit of oil, ranch seasoning, and paprika, then toss them on the grill pan! Of course, ranch pork chops are just one flavor possibility—you could season your chops however you like.
Most importantly, these pan grilled pork chops are just so dang simple to prepare. You only need 4 ingredients, and you can have them ready in less than 30 minutes!
How to Grill Pork Chops on the Stove
To make ranch pork chops, you need to get your seasoning onto the meat before it hits the pan.
Give your chops a drizzle of oil, a hearty dose of ranch seasoning, some paprika if you’re into it, and toss.
The more that you can rub those flavors into your chops, the better! Then, you’re ready to get to grillin’.
Of course, if you have a real grill, go for it! When I made these, I cooked them over the stove on my grill pan, 6-8 minutes on each side, until they were just slightly pink in the center.
And, even without a ‘real’ grill, these still have some impressive grill marks!
Personally, I NEED to have that delicious char, and grilling really helps the ranch flavor stick to the meat.
Serve these grilled pork chops with your family’s favorite veggies, pasta, or whole grain, and you’ve got an easy weeknight dinner! And a darn tasty dinner, that you can serve again in new ways.
