Maple Bacon Crock Pot Pork Loin Roast
Bacon Wrapped Crock Pot Pork Loin – Easy Slow Cooker Pork Loin Roast!
For an impressive, flavor-filled weeknight dinner, try this maple bacon crock pot pork loin! Even though the bacon wrapping looks ultra-gourmet, you won’t believe how simple this dish is to throw together. If you’ve ever roasted a whole chicken in the crock pot, this slow cooker pork roast is just as easy (maybe easier).

Just brush your boneless pork loin with maple syrup and coconut sugar, layer on your bacon, and pop the entire pork roast into the slow cooker! I love the sweet-and-salty flavor pairing and those gorgeous stripes of color—and I especially love that I only need 4 ingredients to make a dish this delicious.
Plus, pork loin is actually a leaner cut of pork, so the bacon wrapping is the perfect complement to pack in flavor and satiating fats. To maximize the crispiness of your bacon, pop your crock pot pork loin into the oven to broil for a few minutes after it’s done cooking!
Pork loin is a super budget-friendly protein option, and you can prepare it in SO many different ways. But, I’ve gotta say, this slow cooker pork loin roast is definitely the easiest of all the pork loin recipes I’ve tried. Yet, this bacon-wrapped beauty still feels elegant enough to serve at Thanksgiving or Christmas!
How to Cook Pork Loin in Crock Pot
Many people—myself included—don’t know how to cook pork loin, so we avoid trying it. But, you can make an impressive slow cooker pork roast without knowing anything about cooking pork! Just prep your crock pot pork loin as desired, pop it into the cooker on low heat, and let it work it’s magic.
No messing with the oven or worrying about meat thermometers—just set a timer for 4-5 hours if needed. Luckily, it’s much harder to overcook in a slow cooker than it is in the oven! But, be sure to keep the lid ON while your crock pot pork loin is cooking so the heat stays trapped.
Most importantly, cooked low and slow, this bacon wrapped pork roast is downright melt-in-your-mouth delicious. But, pork can take on all kinds of flavors, so get creative with different seasonings and marinades you enjoy. Make this crock pot pork loin your own for endless easy family dinners!
