All the deliciousness of a cheeseburger, rolled up in a fresh, new way! The burger flavors in this are so yummy, and the sesame seeds stick right to the outside of the roll for a fun crunch!
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pound (LB) ground beef
relish (to taste)
Cheeseburger Summer Roll
Ketchup (for dip)
Mustard (for dip)
roma tomato slices
Sauté onions in olive oil. Add beef and cook through.
Add spinach, relish, salt, and pepper.
NOTE: Add spinach liberally because it will wilt.
When cooked through, allow to cool slightly.
Fill a pot with warm water. Submerge your spring roll wrapper into the water.
Remove wrapper from water and place on a flat, dry surface. Layer on in your filling ingredients.
Fold in the ends of your wrapper, then roll it up snugly.
Roll in sesame coating, serve with mustard and ketchup dip, and enjoy!
