Goblin Guacamole Halloween Eyeballs Snacks
Tomato, Olive & Guacamole Halloween Eyeballs – Healthy Halloween Party Snacks!
Balance out the candy craze with healthy Halloween treats that are fun and festive instead of sugary and sweet! These goblin guacamole Halloween eyeballs snacks are healthy enough to eat ANY day of the year. Colorful, slightly creepy, and so easy to make!
They’re a deliciously wholesome option for Halloween party snacks or healthy Halloween snacks for kids, that won’t send your blood sugar sky rocketing. And, these are SO much easier to make than Halloween candy eyeballs, or other edible eyeball Halloween recipes…
How to Make Edible Eyeballs for Halloween
To make your Halloween eyeballs, start by slicing off the top third of your cherry tomatoes and pat the cut sides dry. This will help your guacamole stick to the tomatoes rather than sliding off. Then, spread on a bit of guac and top with a black olive slice as your goblin’s ‘pupil!’
As easy as that, you’ve got savory, tangy Halloween finger foods that are fuel-filled and easy to grab for noshing. And, even picky eaters might be more open to these nutritious foods when they’re served as edible eyeballs!
Even though they’re not candies, these Halloween eyeball snacks make simple, healthy ingredients more fun to eat. Your party guests will appreciate having a healthier snack choice and will be THRILLED to devour them!
(Get it? Because eating eyeballs is scary, like a thriller movie? Or the song Thriller? I guess I should be thrilled if anyone gets this joke…)
