Try this crunchier, creepier version of ants-on-a-log for Halloween: spooky witch fingers! A.k.a. almond stuffed celery sticks—an awesome option for healthy Halloween snacks for kids.
Simply fill celery ‘fingers’ with the nut or seed butter of your choice, and use whole almonds as ‘fingernails.’ You can skip the red food dye if you don’t want ‘BLOODY’ witch fingers, but I think it adds an especially spooky touch!

Ingredients
- 4 celery sticks
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 4 whole almonds
- red food dye, optional
Instructions
- Spread almond butter onto celery sticks.
- Place a raw almond at the end of each stick as your ‘witch’s fingernail.’
- Drizzle curved edge of almond with red food dye for ‘bloody fingers,’ if desired!
- Yields 4 witch fingers Halloween treats.
