Keeping this Garlic Dill Sauce Vegan & Dairy Free

Of course, you could use yogurt in this garlic dill sauce, as many other Mediterranean dressings do. But, hummus is also a great substitute as a base ingredient for those looking for a garlic dill sauce without yogurt.

Hummus is a classic Mediterranean ingredient, and it has a subtly savory flavor that makes pretty much any veggie tastier. And, with just a bit of water, you can thin out your hummus so this garlic dill sauce is perfectly drizzle-able.

Plus, that hummus packs in 2 wholesome grams of protein into each serving of your Mediterranean salad dressing!

Garlic Dill Mediterranean Salad Dressing

Just like with vegan Buddha bowls, a vegan hummus bowl wouldn’t be complete without a scrumptious dressing. And, with this Mediterranean salad dressing, you can add an explosion of garlicky dill goodness to your bowl!
