Ingredients

  • cup hummus can substitute yogurt for a cooler, creamier sauce
  • 2 Tbsp diced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill minced
  • 2-3 Tbsp water to thin out mixture & adjust consistency

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine. Start with just a splash of water, then slowly add more to thin out the dressing as much as you’d like.
  • Serve drizzled over salads, spread onto sandwiches, or as a dip with raw veggies!
  • Yields ~1 cup vegan garlic dill sauce.
