1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup fresh parsley roughly chopped
2-3 Tbsp kalamata olives sliced
1 lemon juiced
pinch of salt
2-3 Tbsp red onion chopped
