I kept this cauliflower popcorn recipe simple with salt and garlic powder, but you can go wild with different flavors! 4 cups cauliflower florets
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 Tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, toss cauliflower in oil and seasonings.
Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast 15-20 minutes, until golden and tender.
