Here’s a breakfast that’s chock full of free-radical-fighting antioxidants! Blueberries and acai are some of the MOST antioxidant-rich foods on the planet. And, acai is a superfood that boosts immunity, is heart healthy, and can help with weight loss!


  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 pouch frozen acai puree, unsweetened
  • Procedure

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend it on up!
