1 apple thinly sliced
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 whole wheat tortilla
Sprinkle cheese over half of tortilla. Layer on apple slices, barely overlapping. Add more cheese. Fold over other half of tortilla.
Liberally spray cooking spray on a skillet over medium high. Add quesadilla. Cook 2-3 minutes per side.
Allow to cool completely before cutting and storing. This will prevent quesadilla from getting soggy! Enjoy warm or cold!
