3 Ingredient Vegan Pancakes made with Banana, Oats & Almond Milk!

These 3 ingredient vegan pancakes are just as simple as Shake ‘N Pour pancakes. But, made with clean, FUEL-FILLED ingredients! Amazingly, you truly only need 3 ingredients to make these easy blend ‘n pour pancakes. And, they’re light and fluffy like you won’t believe. Use ripe bananas, and you don’t even need to add sweetener!

Pancakes are a classic food that comes to mind when we think “unhealthy.” But, it’s actually so easy to healthify them! These 3 ingredient vegan pancakes are clean as can be. Plus, they’re totally fun to make, jazz up with toppings, and (of course) eat! A deliciously easy vegan breakfast option you’ll want to enjoy again and again (and again).

The Browner the Banana, the Sweeter the Taste

When it comes to using bananas in baked goods, the browner and spottier, the better! And, that’s especially true when there’s no additional sweetener in a recipe. So, don’t make these 3 ingredient vegan pancakes with an unripe, green, or even yellow banana.

When brown spots start to appear on your bananas, the starch is converting to sugar. And, that’s what makes them soft and sweet—and perfect for baked goods! Luckily, those browning bananas on your counter that are on the way out are perfect for these instances.

But, if you’re worried the bananas are going to brown too quickly, just put them in the fridge. The skin will brown up quickly, but the inside will stop maturing and they’ll stay banana-bread (or pancake) ready! And, if you have leftover ripe bananas that you’ve frozen, those will work in these 3 ingredient vegan pancakes as well!

Vegan, Dairy Free and Gluten Free?

Essentially, these 3 ingredient vegan pancakes are just oatmeal with banana. Which is how they’re completely vegan and dairy free! And, if you use certified gluten free rolled oats, then you can be certain your pancakes are also gluten free.

Remember, oats inherently don’t contain any gluten. But, they’re at risk for contamination in the production facility, so they aren’t always 100% gluten free. So, if you have a gluten a sensitivity or allergy, definitely purchase a certified gluten free variety of oats!

Change up this 3 Ingredient Vegan Pancakes Base Recipe

Really, this is just a simple base recipe. With my recipes, you can almost always use any milk that you prefer. And, for these 3 ingredient vegan pancakes, I like to switch up additions to keep things interesting. For flavor, I like to add cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice! Or, try different mix-ins in your batter, like fresh berries, coconut shreds, or chopped nuts inside the batter.

Then, you can go crazy with toppings! Nut butters, jelly, fresh fruit, nuts, whipped cream, or good old maple syrup are all fun choices. But, your options are really endless!
