Veggie Packed Guacamole

Sneak some extra veggies in with this easy guacamole recipe! Finely chopped broccoli florets add a nice bit of flavor and texture to this creamy avocado dip. And tons of nutrients! Serve with raw radish chips or your favorite veggie dippers!


  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets finely diced
  • 2 Tbsp chives chopped
  • 1 lime juice & zest
  • pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp shallots chopped
  • Procedure

  • In a large mixing bowl, mash avocado.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
  • Season to taste, serve, and enjoy!
  • Yields ~1 cup guacamole.
