Sneak some extra veggies in with this easy guacamole recipe! Finely chopped broccoli florets add a nice bit of flavor and texture to this creamy avocado dip. And tons of nutrients! Serve with raw radish chips or your favorite veggie dippers!
1/2 cup broccoli florets finely diced
2 Tbsp chives chopped
1 lime juice & zest
pepper, to taste
salt, to taste
2 Tbsp shallots chopped
In a large mixing bowl, mash avocado.
Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
Season to taste, serve, and enjoy!
Yields ~1 cup guacamole.
