Low Carb Brownies

Who knew LOW CARB brownies could taste so good?! They’re light, fluffy, and crispy around the edge—just how I like ‘em. A sugar-free, gluten-free, all-delicious dessert!


Dry Ingredients
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Wet Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup erythritol to taste
  • ¼ cup grass-fed butter or coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Procedure

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, and mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Combine dry and wet mixtures.
  • Transfer to an 8 x 8 inch pan, or a brownie bites silicone mold.
  • Bake 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the kind of pan or mold you use, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool, serve, and enjoy!
  • Yields 24 brownie bites.
  • Per serving: 1g carbs – 1g dietary fiber = 0g net carbs
