This healthy banana bread recipe is SO easy, and gluten-free! Just blend up the ingredients into a batter and bake! Be sure to use very ripe bananas, so you have a sweeter, tastier bread.
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 large eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup
oats (optional topping)
2.5 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
pecans (optional topping)
3 ripe bananas medium-sized
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a loaf pan with foil and spray.
Blend all ingredients (besides optional toppings). Pour into loaf pan. Garnish as desired.
Bake for about 40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow loaf to cool slightly before removing from pan.
Once completely cooled, store in an airtight container, or freeze.
Serving: 1 slice,
