Blender Banana Bread

This healthy banana bread recipe is SO easy, and gluten-free! Just blend up the ingredients into a batter and bake! Be sure to use very ripe bananas, so you have a sweeter, tastier bread.


  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • oats (optional topping)
  • 2.5 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • pecans (optional topping)
  • 3 ripe bananas medium-sized
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Procedure

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a loaf pan with foil and spray.
  • Blend all ingredients (besides optional toppings). Pour into loaf pan. Garnish as desired.
  • Bake for about 40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow loaf to cool slightly before removing from pan.
  • Once completely cooled, store in an airtight container, or freeze.
