Just about as simple as Shake ‘N Pour pancake mix, but made with nutritious, fuel-filled ingredients! These easy blend ‘n pour pancakes are light and fluffy like you won’t believe. Using very ripe bananas make them naturally sweet, so you don’t need to add any sweetener! I also like to add a bit of cinnamon into the batter. And, of course, I still douse these beauties with a generous drizzle of maple syrup. Top with your favorite berries!
2 cups almond milk
cinnamon (optional add-in)
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2 ripe bananas
Add milk and bananas. Blend.
In a pan over medium heat, pour ¼-⅓ cup batter.
Cook until bubbles appear, flip and cook other side.
Serve warm, topped with maple syrup, fresh berries, or your favorite toppings!
