Winter Fruit Salad

Summer gets all of the attention for its tasty seasonal fruits, but don’t forget about all of the delicious Winter fruits! This yummy fruit salad is sweet and tangy, with a hint of spice from the fresh ginger. I love these flavors together, but you can also make this salad using any fruits that you prefer!


  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 Tbsp honey (optional)
  • 5 kiwi peeled and cubed
  • 1 lemon zest & juice
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 5 mandarins peeled into slices
  • 2 mangos cubed
  • 4 oranges peeled into slices
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger (one-inch), peeled & thinly sliced
  • 1.5 cups pomegranate arils
  • Procedure

  • Prep fruits and slice ginger.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add prepped fruit and ginger.
  • Add lime juice, lemon juice and zest, and honey, if desired. Toss to coat.
  • Serve and enjoy!
  • Yields ~8 cups.
