Ingredients

boneless pork loin
trimmed

Tbsp
maple syrup
1
Tbsp
coconut sugar

bacon
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together maple syrup and coconut sugar. Brush on top of pork loin.
Wrap pork loin with bacon, either all the way around or just over the top. Place in the crock pot or slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
At the end, broil the pork for 2-3 minutes to crisp the bacon, if desired.
Serve and enjoy!
Yields 12 servings (~4-oz ea.) of maple bacon crock pot pork loin.
