Honey Yogurt Fruit Dip

Fruit is often called ‘nature’s candy’ for a reason—juicy, naturally-sweet, and fun to eat! But, you can make fruits even more enticing (especially unfamiliar fruits for pickier eaters) with a simple yogurt fruit dip! You only need 3 ingredients to make it, and this recipe uses far less honey than most for a healthy yogurt fruit dip that’s lower in sugar. I chose to use Greek yogurt for a thicker texture and a boost of protein, but you can use a nondairy yogurt if you prefer for a dairy free yogurt fruit dip. So easy, and a great way to make healthy foods more appealing and fun for kids and picky eaters!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2-3 Tbsp honey (to taste)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt of choice (I used Greek)
  • Procedure

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well to combine.
  • Serve with your favorite fruit and enjoy!
  • Yields 1 cup yogurt fruit dip.
