Easy Kale Scramble

You can have a breakfast that smells like Thanksgiving year-round with this yummy LOW CARB kale scramble! It’s loaded with veggies, protein, and wholesome fat, for a fuel-filled start to your day Best of all, it takes less than 5 minutes to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp avocado oil
  • 2/3 cup broccoli chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp fresh sage
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 cup kale, washed & destemmed
  • pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • 1/3 cup white cheddar cheese shredded
  • Procedure

  • Add oil, garlic, and onion to a saucepan over medium-high heat. Sauté until fragrant.
  • Add kale and broccoli. Cook until kale is wilted.
  • Lower heat to medium, add beaten eggs, and stir until eggs begin to set.
  • Add cheese and seasonings. Stir until melted.
  • Serve and enjoy!
