2 tsp avocado oil
2/3 cup broccoli chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp fresh rosemary
1/4 tsp fresh sage
1 tsp garlic paste
1 cup kale, washed & destemmed
pepper, to taste
salt, to taste
1/3 cup white cheddar cheese shredded
Add oil, garlic, and onion to a saucepan over medium-high heat. Sauté until fragrant.
Add kale and broccoli. Cook until kale is wilted.
Lower heat to medium, add beaten eggs, and stir until eggs begin to set.
Add cheese and seasonings. Stir until melted.
Serve and enjoy!
