Avocado Chicken Salad

A tasty, lighter take on chicken salad, using yogurt instead of mayo! This easy and healthy recipe is perfect for taking on-the-go! It can be eaten room temperature or cold so it doesn’t need to be heated up. Great for summer picnics, potlucks or healthy lunches!


  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 3 cup Chicken cooked, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp Cilantro fresh
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Red onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt Greek or dairy free
  • Procedure

  • Mash avocado.
  • Combine yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, & pepper together to create your
  • Add in remaining ingredients and toss to coat, seasoning to taste.
  • Store for later use.
