½ cup sour cream ¼ cup mayo ⅓ cup salsa ½ tsp cumin 2 tsp lime juice ½ tsp lime zest 1 tsp jalapeño, chopped & seeded (optional)
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Serve over taco salad immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Yields 1½ cups salsa dressing.
