In a pot over medium heat, sauté onions, garlic, and mushrooms, in a bit of oil, 3-4 minutes.
Add sauce, dry herbs, salt, and broth. Bring to a boil.
Add spaghetti and zucchini. Reduce to a simmer and sit uncovered until the pasta is cooked through and liquid has reduced (8-12 minutes). Stir regularly to prevent pasta from sticking to the pot.
Stir in spinach cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
Serve warm with parmesan and fresh basil if desired, and enjoy!
