coconut shreds

raw cashews

maple syrup

turmeric

ground ginger

lemon juice

lemon zest

cinnamon

Instructions
Add coconut shreds to a food processor and blend until it gets oily.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until cashews are broken into a meal.
Press mixture into balls with hands. The dough won’t roll—it’s best to press it together. I used a 2-teaspoon cookie scoop to portion my snack bites!
Let set in the fridge for a few hours.
Yields ~30 turmeric no bake energy bites.
