Edible peanut butter cookie dough with chocolate chips & pretzels.

Gluten Free Edible Cookie Dough Base
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 Tbsp coconut flour
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 2½ Tbsp coconut oil melted (or butter)
- 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp almond milk
Mix-Ins
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips chopped
- ¼ cup pretzels chopped (gluten free, if desired)
Prepare gluten free edible cookie dough base. Stir in peanut butter, and fold in chocolate chips and chopped pretzels.
Chill for 30 minutes to an hour. (If you can wait!)
Roll into balls or eat with a spoon!
