Ingredients

Gluten Free Edible Cookie Dough Base

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp coconut flour
  • tsp salt
  • Tbsp coconut oil melted (or butter)
  • 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp almond milk

Mix-Ins

  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips chopped
  • ¼ cup pretzels chopped (gluten free, if desired)

Instructions

  • Prepare gluten free edible cookie dough base. Stir in peanut butter, and fold in chocolate chips and chopped pretzels.
  • Chill for 30 minutes to an hour. (If you can wait!)
  • Roll into balls or eat with a spoon!
