Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) or 350°F (180°C)*, depending on your cooking preference.
In a bowl, mix together mayo, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and seasonings.
Spread on top of salmon filets, then place into preheated air fryer, skin side down.
Cook at 390°F (200°C) for 7-8 minutes, or at 350°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes.
Check doneness with a fork. Cook another minute if needed. (Feel free to open air fryer a minute early to check doneness.)
Rest 2 minutes before serving.
Top with a bit of chopped parsley and serve over quinoa and veggies, or any accompaniments you like!

Cooking Temperature:*Salmon is like steak—most people have a preference as to how rare or well-done it’s cooked! If you prefer your salmon more well-done or you’re in a time-crunch, you can cook at a higher temperature (390°F or 200°C) for less time.
