A refreshing, high protein iced coffee recipe with a mint chocolate twist!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold coffee or cold brew or ½ cup cold brew concentrate + ½ cup water
  • 1 Tbsp mint simple syrup to taste
  • 1 Four Sigmatic Creamy Cacao Protein Packet
  • 2 Tbsp cream/milk of choice
  • ice cubes to serve

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve over ice and enjoy!
  • (Or, pour into popsicle molds and FREEZE for protein-packed mint chocolate popsicles!)
