Vegan Edible Cookie Dough Base
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 Tbsp coconut flour
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 2½ Tbsp coconut oil melted (or butter)
- 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp almond milk
Lemon Blueberry Mix-Ins
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- pinch of lemon zest
- ⅓ cup dried blueberries
Prepare vegan edible cookie dough base. Add lemon juice, zest, and dried blueberries, mixing to combine.
Chill for 30 minutes to an hour. (If you can wait!)
Roll into balls or eat with a spoon!
