Ingredients

fresh squeezed lemon juice
(from 6-8 lemons)

homemade simple syrup
(or store-bought)

Instructions
Prepare homemade simple syrup of choice and allow to cool (or use store-bought).
Use a
lemon squeezer
to juice fresh lemons through a fine mesh strainer to get 1 cup juice.
Combine lemon juice, simple syrup, and water in a
pitcher
, stirring with a wooden spoon to combine.
Chill for an hour or so in the fridge before serving over ice.
Yields about 8 cups (64oz) of homemade lemonade.
