Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh pineapple
  • 1 can 13.5 oz coconut cream
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 4 cups lemon-lime sparkling water chilled

Instructions

  • Blend together pineapple pieces, coconut cream, and orange juice until well-integrated.
  • Cover and freeze blended mixture for 4 to 6 hours, until icy.
  • Stir mixture, then return to freezer for another 2 hours.
  • Fill ½ of a glass with frozen mixture, and fill rest of glass with sparkling water. Stir gently.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!
  • Yields about 8 healthy homemade slurpees.
