Healthy Homemade Slurpees

- 4 cups fresh pineapple
- 1 can 13.5 oz coconut cream
- 2 cups orange juice
- 4 cups lemon-lime sparkling water chilled
Blend together pineapple pieces, coconut cream, and orange juice until well-integrated.
Cover and freeze blended mixture for 4 to 6 hours, until icy.
Stir mixture, then return to freezer for another 2 hours.
Fill ½ of a glass with frozen mixture, and fill rest of glass with sparkling water. Stir gently.
Serve cold and enjoy!
Yields about 8 healthy homemade slurpees.
