2slicescheddar cheesecut to fit sliders
8slider buns of choice
3TbspBBQ sauce
Optional toppings of choice:
red onion
lettuce
pickles
ketchup & mustard

Instructions
Finely chop EPIC® Meat Bars into small pieces.
Add chopped meat bars to a bowl with ground beef and use hands to combine. (Don’t over-mix.)
Form meat mixture into patties, about 2.5-inches each. (I made 6 slider patties.)
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add slider patties (I cooked 4 at a time). Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side for sliders cooked to medium doneness, or 4-5 minutes for more well-done sliders. Once flipped, immediately add cheese.
Serve with BBQ sauce on slider buns, add toppings of choice, and enjoy!
Yields 6 slider patties, depending on size.
