garlic paste

dried oregano

fresh dill
chopped
salt
to taste

to taste
Instructions
Slice zucchini about ¼ to ⅓ inch thick.
In a large mixing bowl, combine marinade ingredients.
Place zucchini slices in bowl and marinate as long as desired (a few minutes, a few hours, or overnight for more flavor).
Preheat panini press to medium heat.
Place slices on press, lower top, and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes, until zucchini have softened and have nice grill marks.
Yields 4 servings garlic dill grilled zucchini.
