Ingredients

Healthy Edible Cookie Dough Base

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp coconut flour
  • tsp salt
  • Tbsp coconut oil melted (or butter)
  • 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp almond milk

Snickerdoodle Mix-Ins

  • ¼ tsp cream of tartar
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon
  • topping: 1 Tbsp sugar + ¼ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Prepare healthy edible cookie dough base. Add cream of tartar and cinnamon, mixing well to combine.
  • Chill for 30 minutes to an hour. (If you can wait!)
  • Roll into balls or eat with a spoon!
  • For topping, mix together sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of prepared dough to serve.
