Healthy edible cookie dough with cinnamon-y snickerdoodle flare.

Healthy Edible Cookie Dough Base
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 Tbsp coconut flour
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 2½ Tbsp coconut oil melted (or butter)
- 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp almond milk
Snickerdoodle Mix-Ins
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar
- ¾ tsp cinnamon
- topping: 1 Tbsp sugar + ¼ tsp cinnamon
Prepare healthy edible cookie dough base. Add cream of tartar and cinnamon, mixing well to combine.
Chill for 30 minutes to an hour. (If you can wait!)
Roll into balls or eat with a spoon!
For topping, mix together sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of prepared dough to serve.
