Oatmeal Raisin Edible Cookie Dough with Toasted Walnuts

Gluten Free Edible Cookie Dough Base
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 Tbsp coconut flour
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 2½ Tbsp coconut oil melted (or butter)
- 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp almond milk
Oatmeal Raisin Mix-Ins
- ¼ cup quick cooking oats
- ¼ cup walnuts chopped
- ¼ cup raisins
- 2 tsp coconut oil melted
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Recommended: Toast chopped walnuts and oats in oven at 350°F (180°C) for ~10 minutes, then allow to cool 15 minutes.
Prepare gluten free edible cookie dough base.
Combine toasted walnuts, oats, and raisins with melted coconut oil. Add to base dough with cinnamon and mix to integrate.
Chill for 30 minutes to an hour. (If you can wait!)
Roll into balls or eat with a spoon!
