Healthy Edible Cookie Dough Base
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 Tbsp coconut flour
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 2½ Tbsp coconut oil melted (or butter)
- 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp almond milk
Chocolate Chip Mix-Ins
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips vegan & dairy free, if desired
Prepare vegan edible cookie dough base. Fold in chocolate chips.
Chill for 30 minutes to an hour. (If you can wait!)
Roll into balls or eat with a spoon!
