Ingredients

  • 1 cup avocado oil mayonnaise (or mayo of choice)
  • 3 Tbsp ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp white onion finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp relish
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl or measuring cup and whisk well to combine.
  • Transfer to an airtight jar or bottle to store. Will last in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • Yields ~1½ cups thousand island dressing.
