spaghetti noodles of choice
(I used chickpea noodles)
drizzle of oil
½
cup
chopped onion
1
cup
green bell pepper
chopped
½
lb (2 cups)
pulled pork
(or cooked meat of choice)

cups
homemade BBQ sauce
(or store-bought)
Instructions
Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Saute onion and bell pepper for 1-2 minutes.
Add pulled pork (or meat of choice) and BBQ sauce and bring to a boil. Turn heat down to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Add cooked spaghetti noodles and toss to integrate.
Serve and enjoy!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 5-7 days.
Yields ~10 cups BBQ spaghetti.
