Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peaches (or fresh)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt* (or yogurt of choice)
  • 1 cup milk of choice (or water)

Optional Additions:

  • 1 cup spinach (or other leafy greens)
  • 1-2 tsp sweetener of choice (sugar, honey, maple syrup, etc. - if using unsweetened yogurt)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender: frozen peaches, banana, yogurt, & milk of choice. (Plus optional sweetener if needed, and/or spinach for a green smoothie.)
  • Blend until smooth, adding additional liquid if your smoothie is too thick.
  • Serve in 2 glasses with straws, and enjoy!

  • *Sweetener: If you use an unsweetened yogurt, you may want to add 1-2 tsp of honey, maple syrup, sugar, or whatever sweetener you prefer. Or this may taste plenty sweet for you with no added sweetener! Always sweeten to taste.
  • For a Vegan Peach Smoothie: Use a dairy-free yogurt & a nondairy milk. If needed, use a plant-based sweetener like maple syrup or granulated sugar instead of honey.
