Ingredients
Vegan Bulletproof Coffee with MCT Oil:

cup
coffee
1
Tbsp
MCT oil
pinch
of cinnamon
Avocado Half:
½
avocado
sprinkle of Trader Joe’s Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
or homemade version
DIY Everything Bagel Seasoning:

white sesame seeds

coarse sea salt
adjust to taste (TJ's uses sea salt flakes, but I couldn't find any!)

Instructions
In a blender, combine brewed coffee, MCT oil, and cinnamon.
Blend until frothy and transfer to a mug to serve.
Remove half of an avocado from skin and slice as desired.
Sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel Seasoning (or homemade version).
Serve and enjoy!
