- 1 cup cooked savory oatmeal base
- ½ tsp curry powder
- ¼ cup frozen pearl onions roasted
- 2 Tbsp diced prunes or raisins
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
Roast frozen pearl onions at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
Stir curry powder into warm savory oatmeal base.
Add all toppings to oatmeal, serve, and enjoy!
