Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked savory oatmeal base
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • ¼ cup frozen pearl onions roasted
  • 2 Tbsp diced prunes or raisins
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  • Roast frozen pearl onions at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  • Stir curry powder into warm savory oatmeal base.
  • Add all toppings to oatmeal, serve, and enjoy!
