  • 1 cup cooked savory oatmeal base
  • ½ tsp taco seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp salsa
  • 2 Tbsp corn kernels
  • 2 Tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ avocado sliced
  • 5 jalapeño slices
  • 1 lime wedge juiced
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Stir taco seasoning into warm savory oatmeal base.
  • Add toppings to oatmeal, finishing with a squeeze of lime juice and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.
