Toss grapes with oil, salt, and cinnamon—or whichever spices you prefer.
Add to a sheet pan lined with parchment and roast for 25-30 minutes. They will blister and caramelize outside, and be super juicy like jam on the inside!
Yields ~2 cups roasted grapes.

*Don’t use green grapes!! They contain lots of water and will turn out extremely soggy after roasting.
