Beet Ginger Smoothie

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 small raw red beet peeled & chopped
  • 1-2 tsp minced fresh ginger peeled (~½ inch)
  • ¼ cup oats
  • cup coconut milk

Optional Toppings

  • chopped beets
  • grated ginger
  • oats
  • coconut shreds

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
