Ingredients

My Red Dragon Fruit Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit or fresh
  • ¾ cup whole milk yogurt or yogurt of choice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice

 

Customizable Frozen Fruit Smoothie Base Recipe

  • 1 cup frozen fruit of choice or fresh fruit + ice
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt whole milk, low fat, or non-dairy
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Instructions

To prepare frozen fruit smoothie:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy immediately!

To freeze make ahead smoothie for later or as popsicles:

  • Store blended smoothie in the freezer for 1 month. When ready to enjoy, thaw frozen smoothie at room temperature for 1 hour.
  • Or, pour smoothie mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for a fun, frozen breakfast-on-a-stick!*
