Ingredients

Peanut Butter Cauliflower Smoothie

  • cup steamed cauliflower
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Optional Toppings

  • chopped cauliflower
  • peanuts
  • sliced banana
  • whipped cream or coconut whipped cream
  • date syrup

Instructions

  • Steam cauliflower (either in a pot over the stove or in the microwave) and set aside to cool.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve with desired toppings and enjoy!
