Peanut Butter Cauliflower Smoothie
- ⅔ cup steamed cauliflower
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Optional Toppings
- chopped cauliflower
- peanuts
- sliced banana
- whipped cream or coconut whipped cream
- date syrup
Steam cauliflower (either in a pot over the stove or in the microwave) and set aside to cool.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve with desired toppings and enjoy!
