pistachios

slivered almonds

cinnamon

of nutmeg

milk of choice
1-2
tsp
honey or maple syrup

tsp
vanilla

cup
diced mango
optional: 1 scoop protein powder
Instructions
Add dry ingredients to a jar. (For meal prep, make as many jars as you’ll need for the week!) Shake to combine.
The night before you plan to eat the oats, add milk, vanilla extract, and honey (or sweetener of choice). Stir to integrate, return jar to the fridge.
In the morning, stir oats and top with diced mango, or whichever toppings you prefer!
