Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats
  • 2 Tbsp raisins
  • 1 Tbsp pistachios
  • 1 Tbsp slivered almonds
  • tsp cinnamon
  • tsp cardamom
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • cup milk of choice
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup diced mango
  • optional: 1 scoop protein powder

Instructions

  • Add dry ingredients to a jar. (For meal prep, make as many jars as you’ll need for the week!) Shake to combine.
  • The night before you plan to eat the oats, add milk, vanilla extract, and honey (or sweetener of choice). Stir to integrate, return jar to the fridge.
  • In the morning, stir oats and top with diced mango, or whichever toppings you prefer!
