Apple Cider Base

  • 1 cup apple cider chilled
  • Ice as needed

Cinnamon Cold Foam Option 1:

  • 2 oz skim milk
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Cinnamon Cold Foam Option 2:

  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 1 oz 2% milk
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Fill a glass or jar with ice and pour in the apple cider.
  • In a separate cup, combine your milk/cream with cinnamon.
  • Froth until light and fluffy. (The more cream, the thicker the foam will be.)
  • Tip: If using only milk, warm it slightly before frothing to help it foam better.
  • Spoon the cinnamon cold foam on top of the cider.
  • Garnish with a extra cinnamon or even cinnamon sugar, and enjoy!
