optional: ¼ tsp baking powderto help batter rise and take shape of waffle iron mold
Instructions
In a large measuring cup, whisk all ingredients together.
Pour batter into a heated, greased waffle iron, making sure it’s evenly spread across the griddle.
Cook according to your machine’s directions. (Mine needed about 3-5 minutes. Some of the batter may seep out of the sides of your waffle iron, but this is okay!)
Carefully remove from waffle iron, serve, and enjoy!
