Dry Ingredients 2 ½ cups rolled oats 1 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp ginger ⅛ tsp nutmeg ⅛ tsp cloves ⅛ tsp allspice 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt 1 cup mix-ins pecans, fruit, chocolate chips, etc. Wet Ingredients 2 eggs or ½ cup applesauce or mashed banana 1 ½ cups milk of choice ¼ cup maple syrup or honey, coconut sugar, or brown sugar 1 Tbsp molasses 2 Tbsp melted butter or coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
In one bowl, whisk all dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, whisk wet ingredients until combined.
Add dry ingredients to wet and stir well.
Fold in mix-ins if desired.
Spray an 8-inch round or 9×9-inch pan and pour in the mixture.
Bake 35–45 minutes, until the top is lightly browned and edges are crisp.
Cool 10 minutes before serving.
