- 2 ripe mangos, chopped (~2 cups chopped fruit)
- 1 cup water
Blend chopped mango and water in the blender until smooth. (No sugar needed!) Strain pulp through a fine mesh strainer, if desired.
Best served fresh! Store in an airtight jar or bottle in the fridge for 3-5 days.
